Complaint Form

The Union is committed to responsible and respectful governance of the student body, by students for students. As such, the Student Senate has empowered the Selection Committee to collect anonymous feedback and complaints on the performance of student government bodies, and individual members.

This information may be considered in the selection process or, if the Committee deems it necessary, sent to the Senate or a different relevant body for review.

All complaints will be kept anonymous, and handed off to the entire selection committee.

All responses to this form are anonymous, though any files submitted may contain personally identifiable metadata.
